How does your subscription work?

Good health starts with a consistent routine and we of course believe strongly in the power of probiotics in achieving optimal wellness!  Enrolling in a subscription with us gives you not only 10% savings all the time, but also guarantees you’ll never go a day without your yogurt and you get early access - and sometimes exclusive access - to limited flavors not available elsewhere.  You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also edit your flavor(s) by simply logging into your account prior to your next order date.

What are the benefits of eating your yogurt?

There are thought to be many benefits to consuming probiotics, such as:

  • Less bloating
  • More regularity
  • Lower inflammation
  • Improving mood and mental health
  • Better digestion
  • Promote healthy skin
  • Maintain healthy weight
  • Reduce allergy symptoms
  • Boost immunity
  • Feel full, longer

But, remember not all probiotics are the same.  Probiotics need to be alive and active in order to do their job in creating a healthy environment in the gut.  Probiotics come alive through prebiotics which act as food, and our yogurt contains prebiotics from whole food ingredients like coconut, cacao and organic fruits.

How long does it take to get my order?

We are not like other yogurt makers. Our coconut yogurt is fermented in small batches by our very own team. You will receive an email and text message (be sure to sign up for SMS here!) as soon as your yogurt ships, and again when it is delivered. We ship via FedEx 2 Day and do not ship out on Fri/Sat/Sun. If your package does not arrive within the 2 Day window, or if you have any other questions/issues with your order, please contact customer service at

Can I change my flavors or add more jars after I place an order?

Unfortunately, after an order is placed it is sent directly to our fulfillment team and we are unable to make change requests.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Why is your yogurt so expensive?

Our yogurt is comparable to a probiotic supplement, but even better as it's a real, living, whole food! We use USDA organic and fair trade certified ingredients and have a unique blend of 16 different probiotic strains that are alive and gut colonizing. And we are technically considered a synbiotic, meaning that our yogurt is both a prebiotic and a probiotic. The coconut and cacao ingredients are prebiotics, which feed the probiotics. It’s also important to note that our recommended serving size is only 1 ounce (about 2 tbsp), which is a whopping 25 billion CFU. Therefore, one 16oz. jar will last you two weeks or more!

Why is your yogurt more expensive online than in the store?

The yogurts through our online store are poured into 16 ounce jars and include the cost of 2-day priority shipping, individual handling by our warehouse staff, frozen gel packs, and shipping coolers to keep it all cold, which is why it's more expensive to order through our online store than at a retail store (shipping in bulk to retail is much more economical).

Can I eat more than just one ounce?

We recommend starting with just 1 ounce (about 2 tbsp) and working your way up slowly, if you’d like. Each serving contains 25 billion CFU, so it packs a punch! Enjoy by itself, on toast, in a smoothie, make a parfait, or really, however you’d like. Best to eat before or in between meals, but you can eat it during as well. The probiotics that we use are gut colonizing, meaning they stay in the intestinal lining and become permanent residents there. Forming a colony. So no matter how you eat it, the yogurt does its job. Most probiotics on the shelves are transient, meaning that while they are still beneficial at the time, they pass through the gut and do not colonize.

What does it taste like?

Our yogurt has a naturally effervescent flavor. Our yogurts are fermented with powerful live cultures creating the ultimate healing food that is alive with good bacteria (probiotics!) which can make them tangy and bubbly on the tongue instead of super sweet like many foods being sold as ‘yogurt’ today. Similar to the tangy, sour taste of kombucha!

Do limited edition flavors ever come back? If so, how will I know when they do?

Limited edition flavors don’t always come back, but the majority will come back for a limited time (until they sell out) if enough people request it. The best way to ensure you are in the know when we drop, or re-drop, a flavor is to subscribe to sms, sign up for emails, and follow us on social!

Are you vegan?

Are you organic?

Yes. You will notice that on our core yogurts (Chocolate Mousse and Original) we have a USDA organic certification on each label, but on some of our limited edition flavors, we do not. This is because certifications for individual flavors can take months, and our limited edition flavors only last a short amount of time. We don’t have the time to acquire the certification before producing the flavor. We only use organic ingredients, always. You can check each ingredient label to double check. This is nonnegotiable for us.

How do I change my shipping address once an order has been placed?

If it’s a one time purchase please contact customer service at  If you have a subscription, you can change in your account dashboard!  To log in, simply go to our website --> select 'log in' from the menu.  After you log in select 'manage' and then scroll to where it says ‘Shipment Info’.  Select edit and update your shipping address accordingly.  If you need further assistance please contact customer service at

Where is your yogurt made?

Our production facility is in Ogden, Utah. We proudly do everything in-house, and do NOT use co-packers. Everything from making, fermenting, pouring, packaging and then finally shipping our yogurt is all done by our small (but mighty) team.

What makes you different from other yogurt brands?

Short answer, everything. Majority of the yogurt on the shelves is not only dead (no active probiotics at all), but it's filled with refined sugar, gums, thickeners, preservatives and everything in between. These are all gut disruptors, therefore, these yogurts are in no way, “helping your gut” as many of them claim. Most of these yogurt companies pasteurize (use extremely high heat to kill bad and good bacteria) AFTER they ferment. Meaning it kills all the active probiotics. We NEVER pasteurize after fermentation, so our yogurt stays super probiotic rich and is naturally preserved with fermentation.

What makes you different from other probiotic brands?

Well first, we taste great! Probiotic supplements were only invented because people don’t eat enough real, fermented foods. Our yogurt is a living food which is how probiotics were intended to be consumed.

Most probiotics on the shelves are transient, meaning that while they are still beneficial at the time, they pass through the gut and do not colonize. We use 16 unique probiotic species in our yogurt. There has been research done with the species we use. We mostly use probiotic strains that reside in your intestine with some help from more transient strains.

To ensure that probiotics make it to your intestine, it is always recommended to ingest probiotics with food so they can survive stomach acid. Since our probiotics are in delicious yogurt form you don’t have to worry about this! Our yogurt can help coat the probiotics to make its way to the intestine. We also happen to be a prebiotic (thank you coconut), which feeds the probiotics and keeps them alive and thriving not only in the jar, but in your digestive system as well. This is why over time our yogurts get more bubbly on the tongue, and more fermented. It just means the probiotics are multiplying and you have a potent jar that will do your gut good!

When should I notice a difference in my health once I start eating your yogurt?

This will vary from person to person depending on health goals. Some people will notice a difference in their digestion after just one serving (hello, bathroom!), while others will see a noticeable difference in the appearance of their skin after eating our yogurt for a month or so. For best results, we recommend staying consistent and eating the recommended 2 TBSP every day.

Can I return the product or get my money back if I don’t like the taste?

Our yogurts are not like other yogurts out there.  They are made without refined sugar and some flavors, like Original, have zero added sugars of any kind!  Our yogurts are fermented the old fashioned way which means they are naturally more tangy and taste bubbly on the tongue because the taste of real active bacteria is a fermented (aka sour!) taste.  For many people new to fermented foods this can be surprising as we’ve become so accustomed to sweet foods in our world.  Although we cannot issue a refund we can tell you that most customers have fallen in love with the alive flavor found in our probiotic-rich yogurt and their bodies have come to crave it.  We recommend you continue to enjoy 1 spoonful a day and see how your body responds before giving up!

If you take care to not double dip,  and keep the lid on tight in your refrigerator we typically see our product last several weeks after opening, or a week or two past the sell by date if unopened. Use your best judgment, but do keep in mind they're supposed to be naturally sour 😛 from all the good bacteria.  If you prefer a more sweet flavor try one of these tips:

1.) Mix it in a bowl with a bit of honey or maple syrup.

2.) Add it to your favorite smoothie recipe.

3.) Mix it in with your oats.

We do not accept returns as we are a perishable product; however, we will offer re-ships in the event the product is damaged, or delayed in shipping due to our shipping partner, FedEx.

Once my order has been processed can I change the flavor or add more jars?

You can not change flavors or add additional jars after your order has been processed, but you can change your flavors and increase jars for your upcoming box. If you are a subscriber, you can log into your account and select 'manage' then 'edit' to make changes to upcoming flavors, but if you would like to add additional jars onto your subscription, please email customer support at

Where do you source your coconuts from?

Fair Trade from Thailand. No monkey labor is involved during the harvesting of our coconuts.

Are you gluten free?

Are you a nut-free facility?

Although our yogurt base does not contain nuts we do sometimes use products in our limited flavors that contain nuts. You can find this information on the product ingredient list, as well as the label. Our legacy flavors Original, Chocolate Mousse, and Harvest Strawberry never contain nuts, but do have coconuts though, obviously :)

Are you certified Kosher?

All of our ingredients are certified kosher and we are working on our personal certification as we speak!

Best time to eat yogurt?

2 TBSP first thing in the morning with breakfast or as an after dinner snack is best. You can eat it on an empty stomach or with food. Either is fine and will do the job of getting the good bacteria in your digestive system.

How long does your yogurt last?

Once opened, if you take care of it, it will take care of you! Seal the jar tightly, don’t double dip, keep other food particles out of the jar, keep it in the fridge, and it should last for at least 2 weeks once opened.

How do you recycle packaging and jars?

Packaging: Break down the box and recycle all cardboard material. Remove film wrap from the foam packaging and dissolve the inner material in water or burn it. Discard the ice pack and clear film in the garbage. Jars: wash well and place in your glass recycling container or repurpose to use at home.

Are you Eco Friendly?

Yes! We are committed to being as environmentally conscious as possible.  We package our yogurt in multi-serve glass jas and ship using sustainable materials like green cell foam liners made from corn that can be composted, dissolved in water, or burned!  In addition, we use recyclable cardboard boxes and green cleaning supplies instead of harsh chemicals.

Can I freeze a jar of your yogurt to make it last longer?

We do not recommend freezing an entire yogurt jar as this will ruin the texture as well as make some of the living probiotics go into hibernation, making them a bit less powerful. If you really want to freeze it, we recommend making yogurt bark with it or freezing it in an ice cube tray. While the probiotics may be a bit less powerful this way, the majority should wake back up in your digestive system.

Safe for pregnancy and for kids?

*Consult your doctor* In our experience, pregnant women, nursing mothers and their young children rave about our coconut yogurt. Just as soon as you are able to introduce coconut into your baby's diet, they are ready to try our yogurt.  Mothers claim it has magical effects. Trust your gut as your guide: start off with a small dose (1-2 small spoonfuls) so your body can adjust to the powerful probiotics in our yogurts, and then increase depending on how you feel.
