Cancellation Policy
Certain items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. Below is our policy on how to manage changes or cancellations for these types of purchases:
Subscriptions
When signing up for a new subscription, you’re consenting to committing to a minimum of three orders. If you are unable to take a shipment within your 3 months for any reason, there is the option to skip a month through your Coconut Cult Account.
After your 3rd order has been processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscriber portal.
To cancel your subscription:

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button on the right-hand side of the screen
Your payment information is stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each recurring delivery. If you wish to pause, skip, or cancel, be sure to do so before the next billing/processing date shown within your portal.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders may allow you to reserve a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or simply store your payment method to charge once the item is ready to ship.
You may cancel any unfulfilled pre-order that has not been shipped/processed. Once the pre-order has been fulfilled, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. You may still request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
