GA4 Data Collection
Data Collection: GA4 can collect data before consent if a business turns it on, but the default option is to collect after consent. Coconut Cult uses the default option and does not track user data unless consent is provided.
Data Sharing: GA4 does not share data with third parties, except for Google Analytics.
Data Storage: GA4 stores Shopify webhook data for seven days for infrastructure reasons, and then deletes it. It also stores non-personal identifiable information, such as client IDs and session IDs, for a maximum of 14 days.
User Privacy: GA4 prioritizes user privacy by minimizing unnecessary data collection through an event-based data model. Each event only contains the essential data needed to describe it.
Children's Data
The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted.
