Refund policy
We accept refund requests within 30 days of purchase for damaged/faulty products that were purchased through our online store. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges beyond this timeframe.
Important Notes:

If your order arrived on time but was left unrefrigerated after delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for spoiled product.

We cannot issue refunds due to personal preference related to taste or texture, as our yogurt is a live, fermented product and variations are normal.

Please do not send products back to us. Any damaged items should be discarded immediately.
To Request a Refund or Replacement:

Clear photos showing any damage or issues with the product
What’s Covered:
If your request is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement for the damaged/faulty items only. For example, if you purchased a 4-pack and only one jar arrived damaged, we will refund or replace that single jar.
Refund Processing (if applicable):
Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Retail Purchases
For retail purchases, please contact the store where you purchased the product in regard to refund requests. While we cannot issue refunds for retail purchases, we’re happy to help make things right. Please email us at orderonline@thecoconutcult.com with the following information:
