Edits to your box must be made at least 15 days prior to your next order date. After that time, you are unable to edit your box as our small team is already working hard to produce and ship your yogurt!
If you are at least 15 days from your next order date, here is how you can edit that order:
- Go to www.thecoconutcult.com and select ‘Log In’ from the menu. Follow the instructions on the screen to log in to your account.
- Once logged in, click ‘Manage’ on the right side of the screen.
- To change your flavors, click 'Edit' on the right side of the screen. Remove any jars you do not want using the (-) sign. Add any jars you do want by using the (+) sign. Be sure to click 'Save'.
- On the right side of your account you will also find options to skip your next shipment, edit the frequency of your shipments, and edit personal information such as your address and phone number.
IMPORTANT!! If your box has the 'Limited Flavor of the Month' you will automatically receive the limited flavor for the month in which your order is processed/billed.
If you would like to change the quantity of jars for your subscription (i.e. you have a 2 pack subscription and want 3 or 4 jars instead) then you will need to email customer service at orderonline@thecoconutcult.com to make that change. Everything else can be done right inside your portal!
