Coconut Cult & Sea Moss?

Coconut Cult & Sea Moss?

If you’re on TikTok, you may have come across a new trend that’s going absolutely viral — Coconut Cult yogurt and sea moss gel first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Why is this a thing, you might ask?  According to the new trend, this morning routine is the key to healthy, glowing, clear skin.  Makes sense, since one of the keys to healthy skin is a healthy gut.

Tatyana (@tatlafata) seems to be the one that started this new TikTok trend.  Longterm cult members, like Tatyana, have been starting their days with Coconut Cult super-live probiotic yogurt for many years now, and are very familiar with the benefits of doing so.  These benefits seem to differ for everyone, but the thing that seems to be the most common is that our yogurt really seems to help with regularity.   Regularity inevitably reduces overall toxic burden and can lead to clearer skin and more balanced hormones.

There have been studies that show the direct connection between the skin-gut axis. The gut-skin axis is the relationship between the gut microbiome and skin health. This relationship is regulated by the immune system and inflammatory responses.  See a brief PubMed summary with figures located here if you want to read a bit more about it.

We love hearing and seeing your success stories and want to thank each person that’s taken the time to support and share about our super-live probiotic yogurt!  You can find our yogurt locally here or purchase on our website.  Please keep sharing your personal stories with us, we love seeing them!
