Before She Was Everybody’s Darling
Harvest Strawberry didn’t always have permanent-main-character energy.
Back in 2023, extra batches of Strawberry would occasionally make their way onto the website as limited drops, the kind of “we made a few, grab them before they’re gone” situation that longtime Culties know very well.
And people kept showing up for her.
Eventually, Strawberry settled into the lineup as Harvest Strawberry, and by 2024 she got a full visual glow-up with the bright pink jar we know today.
Honestly, pink suits her. 💅 👑
The Strawberry Glow-Up
Like a lot of things around here, the recipe didn’t stop evolving once the flavor found its fans.
In 2025, Noah shared that he had started adding organic banana to the fruit flavors as part of an update focused on texture and reducing some of the liquid separation that can naturally happen in the jar.
The goal: that thick, fluffy texture Culties already loved, just with a little more consistency from spoonful to spoonful.
No dramatic reinvention. Just the kind of obsessive science that happens when you care a little too much about yogurt.

Give Her a Spoon — or a Whole Ritual
Harvest Strawberry is very good at being eaten directly from the jar.
But she also plays well with others.
Add granola and fresh berries. Swirl in peanut or almond butter. Spoon it onto toast. Add banana. Build a PB&J-inspired bowl. Layer it into a parfait.
It’s one of those flavors that can go from quick fridge snack to full little ritual with almost no effort.
And that’s probably part of the appeal..
