One of the questions we get asked most often is, "How do your subscriptions work?" So I thought I'd put everything in one place to make it super easy.
If you've been thinking about subscribing (or you're already part of the Cult), here's everything you need to know.
Why We Created Our Subscription Program
One thing we've learned over the years is that consistency really matters when it comes to building healthy habits.
Whether you're taking a daily walk, drinking more water, or making probiotics part of your routine, it's always easier when you don't have to think about it.
That's exactly why we created our subscription program. It's one less thing to remember and hopefully one less thing to run out of. 😊
✨ How It Works ✨
Our subscriptions renew automatically on the same day every month, so if your subscription gets billed, for example, on June 1st, your orders will always be billed on the 1st of every month.
Your favorite probiotic yogurt shows up at your doorstep without you having to manually place a new order each time.
One week before your next order, we'll send you an email and/or text with a reminder that your subscription is coming up. We'll also let you know which flavors are currently in your cart so you have plenty of time to make any changes before your order processes.

Life changes from month to month, so we wanted our subscriptions to be flexible.
Before your billing date, you can:
- Swap your flavors
- Change your billing date
- Update your shipping address
- Increase or decrease the number of jars
- Skip your upcoming shipment altogether if you don't need it that month
We currently offer 2, 3, and 4-jar subscriptions, so you can choose whatever works best for your household.

First Access to Limited-Time Flavors
If you've been around for a while, you know we love creating fun fermented seasonal flavors every month.
One of the biggest perks of being a subscriber is that you get access to our limited-edition flavors before they're available for one-time purchases.
Each month, whenever we release a new limited-time flavor, it'll automatically be updated in your subscription so you never miss out.
It's one of our favorite ways to say thank you for being part of the Cult.
Subscriber Savings
Subscribers also receive our best pricing.
Not only do you save more when you subscribe to multiple jars, but you'll also receive an additional subscriber discount on top of our multi-jar savings.
Can I Skip, Pause, or Cancel?
You sure can! Here's how it works.
We ask all subscribers to complete three subscription orders when starting a new probiotic subscription before becoming eligible to pause or cancel.
If you need to skip a shipment before then, no worries! You can skip any monthly order before your billing date if you have enough jars in the fridge or you're heading out of town.
Once your third order has been completed, you'll automatically see the option to pause or cancel your subscription inside your Coconut Cult account.
A Quick Note About Processing
Once your subscription has been billed and enters processing, we're no longer able to make changes, cancel the order, or update the shipment.
Orders typically process and ship within 1–3 business days, and we currently ship UPS 2 Day Air. We don't ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays so your yogurt spends as little time in transit as possible.
That's why we always send that reminder email about a week ahead of time, to give you plenty of time to make any updates before everything gets rolling.
