Britt makes this smoothie most days for her and I, especially now that it’s becoming so hot in south Florida! It’s packed with all the good stuff.
An important pro tip when adding The Coconut Cult to your smoothies is to add it at the very end and blend on low, or just add it as a topping. Blending it on high can potentially kill some of the good bacteria.
Super Antioxidant + Probiotic Rich Smoothie
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 pack frozen pitaya
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 cups greens, like spinach
4 tbsp of your favorite flavor of Coconut Cult yogurt (we use Original or Harvest Strawberry)
2 cups filtered water
Blend on high until smooth & top with cacao nibs and bee pollen
Optional: add protein powder of choice or top with nut butter to make it extra filling and protein rich.
